Plus, it features alligator clips to secure the top to the frame. They can anchored with the supplied tent stakes or alternatively anchored with the supplied 1 ratchet straps. They can be set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, or decks. Hook stakes are provided for soft surfaces. Alternate anchoring would be necessary for installation on hard surfaces, with a minimum of 400 lbs of weight at pole location. 10×10 FOOT OCCUPANCY: 8 people for a sit-down dinner, 10 people for a buffet-style dinner, 12 people for cathedral (row) seating, and 20 people for a cocktail party.
